Fentanyl positivity rose for the fifth consecutive month (13.4%). Xylazine co-positivity now appears in roughly a quarter of fentanyl-positive specimens, consistent with regional DrugTrends signals. Youth Program positivity was driven almost entirely by THC. MAT Clinic buprenorphine adherence remained high (88% expected-positive).

Turnaround improved after moving Drug Court cash-pay testing to ClearWater (avg 34h). Two reports from Precision Tox Partners exceeded expected TAT.
